- For guests over 12, an additional fee of R\$110.00 per guest per day applies. Children up to 3 years old are exempt. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance.

- We provide, as a courtesy, one set of bed linens and bath and face towels.

- A gardener and pool maintenance staff member is available to take care of the garden and pool.

- Guests are responsible for their water and electricity consumption. Upon arrival, please record the water meter and both electricity meters, and repeat this process upon departure, when payment for consumption will be settled based on the utility companies' rates.

- Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in respect of municipal laws and neighbors, we enforce strict quiet hours.
